The British Vogue iPad Magazine is the digitally enhanced version of the iconic print magazine, produced in collaboration with Conde Nast Digital and Six Creative.
Vogue UK approached us after the success of our NET A PORTER iPad magazine, and were keen to get our insight into how the boundaries of publishing could be pushed on the iOS platform. The result, as one user commented on the App store, is “a fashion magazine that finally delivers an app worthy of the print magazine.”
The editorial copy is peppered with music, beautiful animations, glossy photos and behind the scenes video, allowing readers to immerse themselves in each subject through a rich mix of content. The app also allows readers to view the featured clothes in a 360 view, an interactive feature that that really sets it apart from the print edition.
We were heavily involved in a consulting capacity, advising Vogue UK on their digital publishing strategy and technologies, and ultimately helping them to create their first ever iPad magazine.
