Palm Sugar is Liverpool’s premier bar, complete with Thai restaurant Appethai inside.

Appethai came to us because they wanted to explore using mobile technology to make the whole customer experience premium. We worked with them to create the Appethai app – which you won’t find on the App Store as it’s an internal business app (like our Models 1 app).

The Appethai iPad app gives customers a slick way to browse the drinks menu. The servers simply hand customers an iPad instead of a tatty old drinks menu, and the rich iPad content with glossy high-res photos helps customers pick the perfect drink to complement their evening.
