Spacequatica Installation in Madrid

Over 1.5 million people walked Madrid’s Gran Via on Sat 13th Sept to celebrate La Noche En Blanco 2008, and The Sancho Plan ’s interactive installation (for which Do Tank provided all coding & system architecture) was in prime position! The public could play with the interactive audiovisual adventure Spacequatica by waving their hands in front of infrared sensors embedded in some customised Periscopes Of Rave (PORs). The installation ran from 9pm to 4am between The Sancho Plan’s live performances, and to get a sense of the scale you can check out some photos on The Sancho Plan’s Flickr stream
